Annot Player 0.1.8.0

Annot Player is a software for playing annot together with movies, music, and games. Annot is referred to light-weighted annotations to annotate the current scene in the Movie/Game, or to express/share the annotator's feelings against the scenario with other players. Annot Cloud is the backing service held at annot.me to synchronize users' annots to the cloud. The conception of Annot Cloud is motivated by nicovideo.jp and bilibili.tv, except that we are focusing on offline video/music playing, as well as Galgame on Windows. Standalone software, no installation required.

Here's a list of major features of Annot Player:

- Support playing most video, audio, and subtitle formats, such as mp4, mkv, rmvb, avi, ape, tta, mp3, ssa/ass. Support playing DVD. Support playing 1080p HD movies.
- Support synchronizing with most popular Galgame engines (Windows only).
- Support automatic translation for Galgame (Windows only).
- Support playing annots saved in the cloud together with Movie/Music/Game. Support submitting annots and subtitles to the Cloud synchronized with the current scenario.
- Support edit and stylize your own annots in the cloud.

What's new in this version:

- Fix the severe issue for synchronizing annotations caused by the changes of the server framework.
- App before version 0.1.8.0 might not function well anymore.
- Fix the bug which might cause downloaded gzipped annotations failed to be unzipped and parsed.
- Utilize cookies to reduce network traffic.
