Dajukebox was created as a free alternative to the large amount of commercial audio players and most likely it will fit somewhere into your mp3 playing experience. As a player, as a tag editor or as an organizer. It will always give you a quick way of doing common tasks. Dajukebox uses the Microsoft DirectShow architecture. DirectShow provides high-quality capture and playback of multimedia streams. It supports a wide variety of formats, including MPEG Audio Layer-3 (MP3), OGG Vorbis (OGG), Monkey Audio (APE), and FLAC sound files. It automatically detects and uses audio acceleration hardware when available, but also supports systems without acceleration hardware.

Dajukebox is fully portable, you can install it in any directory, but you will need full read/write rights in that directory. All files dajukebox creates are stored within the path. So it doesn't leave any messy tracks in your windows temporary directories. One exception to the rule is the burn control, this is an activex control that needs to be registered with Windows OS.
