DivX Diagnostic Tool 1.0
DivX Diagnostic Tool runs DXDiag and the Microsoft System Information utility automatically for you, and writes their output to a folder on the desktop called "DivX Diagnostics". All you should have to do is attach the two files it outputs there to your support incident at the Divx Help Team .
