Free Download Manager

Free Download Manager is a powerful, easy-to-use free download accelerator. FDM accelerates downloads by splitting files into sections and then downloading them simultaneously. FDM can also resume broken downloads so you needn't start downloading from the beginning after casual interruption. Moreover, FDM is 100% safe, open-source software distributed under GPL license. Its features include integration with all browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome, support of downloads from BitTorrent, adjusting traffic usage and more. Using FDM you can also easily grab videos from video sharing website sites. The video can then be saved in native .flv format or converted to one of more popular video formats. The ''Lite'' version lacks some functions such as BitTorrent support and video conversion that can be installed as plugins later.
