Kate's Video Cutter 7.0

Kate's Video Cutter provides a easy way to extract a selected part of a video. With this tool, you can now have the favorite scenes of your movies without using a complex video editor. The cutting can be done with precision by setting the start time and stop time of the video part that you would like to extract. In addition, it can be previewed directly via the interface. Then, obtained files can be converted to AVI, MPEG, WMV, QuickTime, DVD, VCD or SVCD format and sent to the target folder of your choice.
