KoolPlaya is a tiny and powerful alternative to the default multimedia player that comes with Windows - Windows Media Player. Play AVI, DIVX, DVD, MP3, MPEG, ASF, WMV, WAV, WMA, MIDI, MP3, audio CDs and other multimedia formats with ease. Very light on resources and memory. KoolPlaya will play any video file if you have the appropriate codecs installed and has lots of features. We recommend CCCP because it can decode almost all the (common & uncommon) formats. KoolPlaya is free and extremely light, so it's a great alternative to some bloatware masquerading as media players. Standalone software, no installation required.
