LAV Filters 0.56.2

LAV Filters are a set of open-source DirectShow filters, aimed to eventually replace the better part of the playback chain required to play all and any modern media. LAV Splitter is a Souce Filter/Splitter required to demux the files into their separate elementary streams. LAV Audio and Video Decoder are powerful decoders with a focus on quality and performance, without any compromises. LAV Filters will allow you to play virtually any format in a DirectShow player: MKV, WebM, AVI, MP4, MOV, MPEG-TS, FLV, OGG, MKV, WebM, AVI, MP4, MOV, MPEG-TS, FLV, OGG, etc. Simply put, LAV Filters is a collection of DirectShow Media splitters and decoders designed to help you watch videos and listen audio files.

LAV Filters features:

What's new in this version:

LAV Splitter
- Emit the EC_LENGTH_CHANGED event when the edition is changed, to help players update their playback duration

LAV Video
- dxva2: fixed corruption/dropped frames after seeking in interlaced MPEG-2/VC-1 streams
- dxva2: fixed corruption after seeking in interlaced H.264 on AMD GPUs
- dxva2: fixed decoding of H.264 on AMD UVD/UVD+ GPUs (HD 2xxx/3xxx Series)
- dxva2: disabled wmv3 decoding on AMD UVD/UVD+ GPUs (until it can be fixed)
- Fixed colorspace used for YUV Fraps to always be BT.709
- Added support for MPEG-4 Video with the BLZ0 FourCC (used in older Blizzard games)
