Music CONVerter (MuConv) is a simple, easy to use GUI specially designed for LAME, OGG, FAAC, and MPlayer. It was designed to help you convert between most popular audio formats, volume normalizing, saving or automatically filling ID3 tags. In addition, you can also use it to convert video formats including AVI, MPEG, WMV to all popular audio files. Tasks are completed in very short time and the output sound quality is very good. There's also a help file available for beginners, one that contains tutorials with snapshots. No installation is required. Simply download, extract the zip file, copy the folder anywhere you want and then run it.
