ReConvert 2.0

ReConvert is an audio and video converter that uses FFMPEG. All-in-One portable converter, convert audio and video files between all popular formats playable on your iPad, iPod, iPhone, Zune, PSP and other portable device, with fast converting speed and excellent quality. You can choose the preset formats or manually set your configuration. When you open the software is created automatically (in the same directory) the default folder "Media". No installation is required. Simply download, extract the zip file, copy the folder anywhere you want and then run it. ReConvert requires Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 available here.
