SmoothVideo Project

SmoothVideo Project (SVP) enables you watch any video with frame doubling interpolation or ''Soap Opera Effect'' like you can watch it on high definition televisions and projectors. The Soap Opera Effect is actually a feature of many modern televisions. It's called motion smoothing, motion interpolation, or frame doubling. The goal of motion interpolation is to give the viewer a more life-like picture. It increases frame rate by generating intermediate animation frames between existing ones to produce very smooth, fluid and clear motion. The program has no limitations on video formats and sizes, and thanks to GPU acceleration you now can watch FullHD 1080p video recalculated to 60Hz in real-time on the middle-range GPU hardware. The application actually is not a video player itself, but it enables almost any player to play smooth video. For example it can be MPC-HC that is already included in the SmoothVideo Project package for you convenience.
