Blues Media Player Beta

Blues Media Player is an excellent, feature rich program which plays almost anything you want to load. The list of formats supported is extensive; currently over 200 audio and video file formats and you don't have to install any codecs because Blues Media Player relies on the well known open-source projects LAVFilters and the FFmpeg library for video-audio playback. Along with the main features of viewing videos and audio playback, Blues Media Player comes with some extras including Audio and Video conversion, ASIO, WASAPI, Cue Sheet Maker, Tagging capabilities, DirectX Video Acceleration, Playlist and Tag editing and more. It also supports subtitles, Winamp Plugins, can take screenshots of whatever if playing back and supports controls via your keyboard. Other features include support for DSP effects, 18-band equalizer, playback statistics, customizable user interface layout, Internet radio, Alarm clock / Auto shutdown, and skins.

Portable Installation: To run Blues Media Player as a portable application, select Portable installation during the install process and browse to the desired installation folder. No changes to the Windows Registry or Start menu will be made. All program, skins and settings folders and files will remain in the selected program folder.
