Image Uploader is a free and simple to use Windows program that helps you upload images, screenshots and wide range of file formats to over 30 different online file storage services. Additionally, it includes screenshot capabilities and an integrated image editor. You can capture a specific area on your screen, quickly upload it to an image hosting service and then can copy the URL to your clipboard. After uploading, the program generates HTML code, BBCode for forums and Markdown code. Other features include context menu integration into Windows Explorer, drag-n-drop, clipboard support, downloading images from the Internet (by URL list), shortening links, support for multiple accounts, and more.

Extracting frames from video files
Image Uploader can also extract frames from different video formats like AVI, MPG, VOB, WMV, MKV, TS, MOV (depending on the DirectShow codecs installed on your system). You have the option to upload individual frames to the server or merge them into a single mosaic image. It also retrieves technical data about multimedia files (both video and audio) using the MediaInfo library. For the best performance, it's recommended to install the K-lite Codec Pack. However, if you prefer not to clutter your system with additional codecs, the program offers an alternative option. It can utilize the FFmpeg library included (available in the portable version, or when using the installer, make sure to check the appropriate box).

Note: Image Uploader v1.3.2 was the last supported release for Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Users benefit from advanced image editing options, including inverted blur and adjustable blurring levels. WebDAV integration ensures seamless file management. HEIF / AVIF image formats are now supported, along with updates to libcurl and FFmpeg. The CLI adds JSON output and improves compatibility with High DPI displays, fixing memory leaks and bugs for smoother operation.
