Kalmuri is a user-friendly portable screen capture program for Windows. It offers easy screen capture and screen recording through hotkeys and macros. It supports video recording (full screen, area selection), various capture modes (full screen, active program, window control, area selection), and multiple file formats (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, MP4). Kalmuri also allows capturing entire web pages and offers image storage upload functionality. Additional features include color extraction, printer output, control for area selection, and more.

Easy and smooth screen recording
Kalmuri also serves as an MP4 screen video recorder utilizing FFmpeg, available for download separately. As with screenshots, the app can capture the entire screen or just an area of it. Optionally, it can keep the screen cursor and sound on while capturing and you can also adjust additional audio settings.

How to use Kalmuri's video recording:
Kalmuri, being portable, doesn't integrate FFMPEG, which is vital for screen recording. Recording with Kalmuri may trigger an "error FFmpeg.exe not found" message. This happens because the program doesn't include the required FFmpeg library by default. To fix this, get FFmpeg from the official website or this link. Once downloaded, place the "FFMpeg.exe" file into Kalmuri's folder, and you're all set.
