1) Open "Computer" and right-click your system disk.
2) Choose "Properties."
3) In the General tab, click "Disk Cleanup."
4) In the "Files to delete" section, select "Thumbnails" and uncheck other options.
5) Click "OK" to start disk cleanup.
6) When asked if you're sure about permanently deleting files, select "Delete Files."
