NowSmart Cut is an audio cutter/splitter, designed for cutting any length audio clips out of video and audio files, then export to MP3, MP3, OGG, WAV, M4R (iPhone Ringtone). The program also enables you to extract audio clips from AVI, WMV, MKV, MP4, RM, RMVB video files. M4R is iPhone Ringtone file, you can use iTunes to open it, then transfer it to your iPhone. MP3 ringtone is also very popular, you can use it on Blackberry, Android or any other MP3 enabled smartphone. You can also use it to make your own ringtone. It is easy to use, and well-suited to both novice and expert PC users alike. In a few clicks, you can select a part of a song and save the selection in a separate audio file. Other features include Fade in/Fade out and the ability to adjust the volume level of the output file which can make the ringtone sound more clearly/loudly.
