Imagine is a compact, fast and lightweight portable image viewer for Windows, capable of viewing numerous image formats, including ANI, ANM, BMP, CDT, PAT, CMX, CUR, DCX, DDS, EMF, GIF, ICL, ICO, JPE, JPEG, MNG, PBM, PCD, PCX, PSD, TGA, TIFF, WBMP and others.

With Imagine you can browse images on your computer without the bloat of bigger graphic suites. The program features also a bunch of tools to do basic editing tasks, such as resizing, cropping, adjusting brightness and contrast, flipping and rotating. Imagine also includes a few simple effects to give your photo an original touch.

The program offers a Thumbnail browser for easy navigation, Batch conversion for mass image processing, and Slide show for quick viewing. It also supports Batch rename and Capture screen functionalities. With Tiled view, it assists game developers/modders in checking textures for seamless tiling.

You can create animations and multiple-page images effortlessly. For image editing, Imagine allows you to Flip, Rotate, and apply effects like Grayscale and Negative. You can adjust color depth, swap colors, and resize images precisely.

Imagine can open and saves images/animations, supporting various formats like PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, PCX, TGA, TIFF, ICO, CUR, LBM, ANI, FLI, WMF, EMF, and more. Easily extract frames from animations and display detailed file info, including Exif/IPTC data.

Imagine handles digital camera raw files (3FR, ARW, CR2, CRW, DNG, ERF, KDC, MRW, NEF, ORF, RAF, RAW, SRW, SR2, etc) and various archive formats (ZIP, RAR, 7Z, ALZ, HV3, CBZ, CBR, CB7, ARJ, LZH, EGG, TAR, ISO, CAB, etc.). Plus, it supports high dynamic range image files (HDR, EXR, SXR, MXR, etc). You can toggle transparency and access comprehensive info on your images/animations.

Imagine offers a 64-bit version and Unicode support. It's multilingual and includes various resample and effect filters. Import, export, and edit palettes effortlessly. Customize shortcuts, utilize command-line parameters, and benefit from shell extension and add-on plugin support. Total Commander compatibility is included. It operates without writing unnecessary registry entries, using an ini-based configuration. The software is optimized for speed and efficiency.
